Consumer withdrawal information
Where consumer withdrawal rights may apply, the separate Withdrawal Information for Consumers explains the relevant process in plain language.

These terms explain how codeofwhisper paid services, free Agent Hub tools, and paid digital products are provided, used, licensed, delivered, and supported.
Where consumer withdrawal rights may apply, the separate Withdrawal Information for Consumers explains the relevant process in plain language.
These Terms govern three areas of codeofwhisper: paid services, free tools and agents made available through the Agent Hub, and paid digital products or software offered for download or other digital delivery.
For paid services, they define how inquiries, recommendations, scope, payment, scheduling where applicable, implementation, Guided Support, changes, and completion are handled, and what both sides can reasonably expect.
For free Agent Hub tools and paid digital products, they define the permitted use of codeofwhisper tools, ownership boundaries, licensing, purchase and delivery rules where applicable, and responsibilities connected to the user's own inputs, decisions, systems, and data.
codeofwhisper is designed around practical, clearly scoped work and focused digital tools. These Terms exist to make responsibilities, boundaries, timing, permitted use, and reasonable expectations easier to understand.
Because workflow, AI, website, integration, infrastructure, and other technical projects can vary significantly, each paid service engagement is based on the scope and service structure stated in the recommendation accepted by the client.
These Terms work together with the website, service and product descriptions, the accepted recommendation where applicable, booking or scheduling information, product-specific licence or EULA terms, withdrawal information, and any project-specific written confirmations.
By using a free Agent Hub tool, purchasing a digital product, accepting a recommendation, completing payment, or proceeding with a booked service, the user or client acknowledges the applicable Terms in effect at that time.
codeofwhisper provides remote implementation and collaborative technical support for small businesses, freelancers, consultants, independent professionals, and small teams.
Work may include workflow redesign and automation, AI assistants and bounded agents, website fixes and integrations, technical configuration, hosting and deployment work, scripts, APIs, troubleshooting, migration, stabilization, documentation, and other clearly scoped implementation tasks.
Done-For-You implementation is the primary service path. Guided Support is available where diagnosis, architecture review, troubleshooting, workflow mapping, or collaborative implementation is a better fit.
codeofwhisper does not automatically use AI or custom software. Existing tools, configuration, simpler process changes, or integrations may be preferred when they solve the problem more reliably and with less unnecessary complexity.
Services are scoped, not unlimited. The implementation depth, deliverables, timing, collaboration structure, and boundaries are based on the accepted recommendation and the information reasonably available before work begins.
codeofwhisper does not automatically assume indefinite operational ownership, ongoing maintenance responsibility, emergency response, enterprise managed-service responsibility, or unlimited future work outside the agreed scope.
Specific technical outcomes, timelines, third-party platform behavior, and conditions outside codeofwhisper's reasonable control cannot be guaranteed.
codeofwhisper uses a structured process to create enough clarity before paid work begins.
A typical engagement begins with an inquiry, followed where necessary by clarification or discovery, then a scoped recommendation.
The purpose is to understand the business problem, the current process or technical environment, relevant systems and dependencies, likely risks, required access, and the most realistic service structure before implementation or Guided Support begins.
Discovery and clarification are not intended to function as unlimited free consulting, deep unpaid troubleshooting, or complete implementation planning before a service has been booked.
Depending on the request, the recommended service may be Done-For-You implementation, Guided Support, or a phased or smaller first project.
Recommendations are based on the information, visibility, access, and clarity reasonably available at the time. Hidden dependencies or additional complexity may still become visible later.
Inquiry, clarification, and discovery exist to create enough understanding to recommend a realistic paid next step.
The review may consider the business problem, current workflow, systems and tools involved, desired outcome, known constraints, access requirements, important dependencies, implementation risk, and where human approval or control should remain in place.
Discovery and clarification are intended to support responsible scoping. They are not intended to provide unlimited free consulting, deep unpaid troubleshooting, full technical design, open-ended investigation, or complete implementation planning before booking.
When the situation is clear enough, codeofwhisper may issue a private recommendation describing the proposed service, scope, important exclusions or boundaries, expected timing, price, and any preparation or access requirements.
A recommendation is based on what can reasonably be known before active work begins. Hidden dependencies, undocumented systems, implementation blockers, or broader structural issues may become visible only after deeper review or implementation starts.
If that happens, the scope, timing, priorities, or implementation approach may need to be clarified, narrowed, phased, or separately re-scoped.
Services are provided within the scope stated in the accepted recommendation and any later written scope changes agreed by both sides.
The scope may define the problem to be addressed, systems involved, deliverables, implementation tasks, exclusions, client-side responsibilities, access requirements, estimated completion, and any relevant review or handover expectations.
New features, unrelated problems, additional systems, materially expanded implementation, or changed objectives are not automatically included in the original scope.
If additional work becomes necessary or desirable, codeofwhisper may recommend a revised scope, a phased continuation, a separate project, or a narrower first step.
Scope boundaries are intended to keep the work understandable, testable, realistically deliverable, and fair to both sides.
Done-For-You implementation is scoped hands-on work carried out by codeofwhisper within the agreed project boundaries.
Depending on the project, this may include configuration, workflow redesign, automation, AI implementation, website changes, integrations, scripts, APIs, deployment work, migration, troubleshooting, stabilization, documentation, or other agreed technical work.
Done-For-You work does not create indefinite operational responsibility, permanent technical stewardship, unlimited implementation, ongoing maintenance, or responsibility for systems outside the agreed scope.
Unless the recommendation states otherwise, Done-For-You work includes a 7-day post-delivery adjustment window for minor corrections, clarification, stabilization, or alignment directly connected to the delivered scope.
The adjustment window does not include new features, material redesign, unrelated requests, significant scope expansion, or indefinite revision cycles.
Guided Support is scheduled live collaborative support, generally up to 90 minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It may include diagnosis, workflow mapping, architecture review, troubleshooting, implementation guidance, screen sharing, file or document review where relevant, or collaborative technical work while the relevant systems are available.
Guided Support is intended for session-sized work. If the issue requires broader implementation, additional investigation, or a larger scope, codeofwhisper may recommend Done-For-You implementation, another session, or a separately scoped project.
Where a project is too large, uncertain, or risky for one scope, codeofwhisper may recommend a phased approach. Each phase may have its own deliverables, timing, dependencies, price, and acceptance criteria.
Communication is intended to remain focused on the agreed project or Guided Support scope.
Done-For-You projects may involve implementation, testing, technical review, troubleshooting, documentation, or internal preparation between client-facing updates. A period without a message does not necessarily mean that work is inactive.
Clients should provide relevant information, approvals, access, and feedback in a reasonably organized way so the project can remain on schedule.
Unless expressly agreed, codeofwhisper does not provide instant-response availability, continuous live messaging, unlimited reactive troubleshooting, emergency response, or unrestricted ongoing access outside the agreed service.
Communication timing may vary with project complexity, active workload, required investigation, technical risk, and the need to verify work before responding or proceeding.
The client is responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete based on what they know, including relevant business context, systems, tools, known issues, deadlines, access limitations, and dependencies.
The client must provide required approvals, materials, access, permissions, and responses needed to carry out the agreed work.
For Guided Support, the client normally remains responsible for actions they choose to carry out themselves unless codeofwhisper expressly agrees to perform a specific action.
For Done-For-You implementation, the client remains responsible for providing the access, information, approvals, materials, and operational context reasonably required for the implementation.
Where work involves websites, hosting, cloud systems, databases, files, automations, integrations, deployments, or other important environments, the client is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, export copies, recovery access, account ownership, and retention of important data where reasonably possible.
Clients should not provide unnecessary passwords, secrets, private keys, recovery codes, personal data, or unrelated access. Access should be limited to what is reasonably required for the agreed scope.
If client delays, missing information, changed priorities, or environmental changes affect delivery, the timeline, scope, or implementation approach may need to be reassessed.
Digital, technical, and operational environments may contain unpredictability, hidden complexity, undocumented dependencies, third-party behavior, platform instability, sync issues, deployment conflicts, access limitations, outdated tooling, or other conditions outside reasonable visibility or control.
This may be especially relevant when support involves:
websites
hosting
cloud systems
databases
spreadsheets
automations
integrations
deployments
restructuring workflows
implementation-heavy operational work.
codeofwhisper will aim to operate carefully, responsibly, and with reasonable operational judgment based on the information, access, visibility, and environment conditions reasonably available at the time support is provided.
Where implementation work appears higher-risk, codeofwhisper may recommend:
staged implementation
testing or non-production environments
phased changes
additional review before proceeding
reduced implementation scope
pausing or delaying implementation until the environment is clearer.
codeofwhisper cannot guarantee that every environment will behave predictably, that third-party systems will remain stable, that rollback or recovery will always be possible, or that hidden environmental issues will not emerge during support.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, recovery access, account security, system safeguards, and retention of important operational data before, during, and after support, especially where support involves live systems, business-critical files, accounts, websites, databases, automations, or third-party platforms.
If an environment appears unusually unstable, unclear, fragmented, undocumented, or higher-risk, codeofwhisper may pause, narrow, delay, restructure, or reassess the support approach before continuing.
Any access, permission, or environment visibility requested by codeofwhisper should remain connected to the agreed support scope and limited to what is reasonably needed for the support being provided.
The purpose of this approach is to support safer implementation handling, calmer operational decision-making, more realistic expectations, and responsible support delivery when working with digital, technical, or operational systems.
Paid work begins only after the inquiry and scoping process has created enough clarity to define a suitable service.
Before payment, the client should receive or have access to the proposed service, agreed scope, price, expected timing or scheduling where applicable, preparation or access requirements, these Service Terms, and withdrawal or early-start information where applicable.
Booking or project access is generally provided through a private recommendation rather than through unrestricted public booking.
A service is considered confirmed when payment and any required booking, date selection, acknowledgements, or early-start confirmations have been completed.
Payment does not create unlimited service access, indefinite responsibility, open-ended troubleshooting, or work beyond the agreed scope.
For Guided Support, a scheduled session time may need to be selected. For Done-For-You implementation, the recommendation may specify a project start date, delivery estimate, implementation window, or other timing arrangement.
If required access, information, materials, approvals, or preparation are missing, delivery may be delayed or reassessed until the project is reasonably ready to proceed.
Where the client is acting as a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply depending on the situation, location, service type, and applicable law.
codeofwhisper will provide separate Withdrawal Information for Consumers before booking or payment where consumer withdrawal rights may apply. That information explains the possible 14-day withdrawal period, how withdrawal can be made, and what happens if service begins before the withdrawal period has ended.
If support is scheduled to begin within 14 days of contract or payment confirmation, and the client is acting as a consumer, codeofwhisper must receive explicit early-start confirmation before service begins.
Early-start confirmation means the client expressly requests that the agreed support begin before the withdrawal period has ended.
codeofwhisper support is case-specific. Each booked support case is prepared around the client’s situation, agreed scope, and agreed service.
Where the client expressly requests support to begin before the withdrawal period has ended, codeofwhisper may begin preparation, readiness work, capacity reservation, or visible service work connected to the booked support before visible delivery starts.
If the client withdraws after support has begun, refund handling may take into account the proportionate value of case-specific preparation, readiness work, reserved capacity, visible service work, delivered guidance, implementation work, or other service activity already provided before the withdrawal request, where legally applicable.
Where early-start preparation, readiness work, capacity reservation, or other service activity has begun before visible delivery, refund handling may take into account the proportionate value already provided before withdrawal, where legally applicable.
If the required early-start confirmation is not provided, support will not begin during the withdrawal period. Booking may be delayed until the withdrawal period has ended, the client may choose a later support start date, or the client may choose not to proceed.
No early-start confirmation means no early support start.
If the agreed service is fully completed after valid early-start confirmation, the withdrawal right for that completed service may end where legally applicable.
If the client withdraws after support has already started, payment may still be required for the portion of support already provided where legally applicable.
This process is intended to support consumer protection, clear booking records, and fair expectations before service begins.
Rescheduling and cancellation depend on the service booked, the timing of the request, whether work has already started, reserved capacity, preparation already completed, and any mandatory consumer withdrawal rights.
Guided Support is tied to a scheduled live session. Before the session begins, rescheduling may be available depending on timing, previous rescheduling activity, and available session options. Late or repeated rescheduling may require a rescheduling fee where stated in the applicable booking terms.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session unless codeofwhisper expressly agrees otherwise. Failure to attend without communication may be treated as a no-show where legally permitted and subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Done-For-You work may involve preparation, technical review, reserved project capacity, implementation, testing, documentation, partially completed deliverables, or completed scoped work.
Before implementation has started, a project start date or implementation window may sometimes be moved depending on timing, available capacity, preparation already completed, and the applicable booking terms.
Once implementation has started, ordinary cancellation may be limited by work already performed, reserved capacity, and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Where withdrawal rights apply, mandatory consumer law takes precedence.
After delivery, issues within the agreed scope are normally handled through the applicable post-delivery adjustment process rather than ordinary cancellation.
Client delay, missing materials, missing access, delayed approval, unclear communication, or non-response is not the same as voluntary cancellation.
Where required client input is delayed, codeofwhisper may adjust the delivery or completion timeline for the remaining undelivered work if the delay can still be safely absorbed.
If the delay can no longer be safely absorbed within the current project schedule, existing commitments, or reserved capacity, the remaining undelivered work may need a revised continuation schedule. Any applicable rescheduling or continuation fee must be agreed before the revised schedule is confirmed.
Where continuation is possible, it normally applies only to the remaining undelivered scope rather than work already completed, unless reassessment shows that a broader restart or revised scope is necessary.
If required client input remains unavailable and the project cannot continue safely or reasonably, codeofwhisper may pause, limit, close, or re-scope the remaining work subject to the accepted recommendation and applicable law.
Once the agreed service has been completed, delivered, used, or closed, the matter is no longer treated as a normal cancellation.
After completion or delivery, the appropriate next step may be clarification, correction of an agreed-scope issue, post-delivery adjustment, closure, a separately scoped continuation, or a new project.
Refunds, where applicable, may be affected by payment processing or other non-recoverable transaction costs only where legally permitted. Mandatory statutory consumer refund rights are not reduced by this clause.
codeofwhisper provides support with reasonable care, operational judgment, and attention to the agreed scope, based on the information, access, visibility, and environment conditions reasonably available at the time support is provided.
Services are intended to clarify, troubleshoot, improve, implement, or stabilize matters within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee that every system, platform, workflow, account, tool, website, automation, integration, or third-party service will behave predictably or remain free from interruption, conflict, error, data loss, or hidden complexity.
Where service work directly causes an issue within the agreed scope, codeofwhisper will review the matter and, where appropriate, make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within the original service scope.
However, codeofwhisper is not responsible for wider system effects, indirect losses, business interruption, lost profit, lost opportunity, reputational loss, data loss, third-party platform behavior, hidden dependencies, pre-existing environmental instability, or issues outside reasonable operational visibility or control, except where responsibility cannot legally be limited.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, recovery access, account ownership, system safeguards, export copies, credentials, and retention of important operational data before, during, and after support.
Where legally permitted, any financial liability of codeofwhisper is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific paid service giving rise to the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any mandatory statutory liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
codeofwhisper may make calculators, AI agents, utilities, templates, interactive tools, or other digital resources available through the Agent Hub without charge.
Unless a tool states otherwise, free availability means that users may access and use the tool for its intended personal or business purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the tool or grant a right to copy, reproduce, extract, mirror, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rebrand, publish, host, or otherwise make the tool itself available to others as a competing or derivative product or service.
Users may generally use the outputs generated for them by a free tool for their own lawful personal or business purposes, subject to any tool-specific notice and applicable law. Rights in the underlying codeofwhisper software, interface, branding, text, structure, and other protected elements remain with codeofwhisper or the relevant rights holder.
Free tools are provided as practical aids. Users remain responsible for checking whether an output, calculation, suggestion, generated text, or other result is suitable for their own situation before relying on it.
codeofwhisper may update, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue a free tool where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, quality, legal, operational, or product-development reasons.
codeofwhisper may offer paid downloadable software, calculators, templates, utilities, or other digital products through the website.
The applicable product page describes the main functionality, price, supported languages or currencies where relevant, technical requirements, delivery format, and other material product information available before purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase grants a licence to use the digital product rather than transferring ownership of the software, source code, design, brand, or other underlying intellectual property.
Paid digital products may include a product-specific licence or End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Where such a licence is presented before purchase or included with the product, it forms part of the applicable contractual terms for use of that product.
Digital products are separate from Done-For-You implementation and Guided Support unless a product page or written confirmation expressly includes a service component.
Unless the applicable product licence states otherwise, one purchase licenses one individual purchaser or one business entity to use the product for that licensee's own internal personal or business purposes.
The licensed individual or business may use the product on devices and browser profiles it controls. Where the licensee is a business, its owners and employees may use the product internally for that business.
The licence does not extend to separate client businesses, customers, affiliates, franchisees, unrelated companies, or other third parties unless the applicable product licence expressly allows it.
The licensed user may normally use customer-facing outputs created with the product, such as quotes, calculations, reports, exported files, or other generated results, for the licensee's own lawful business or personal purposes.
Unless expressly permitted, the product itself may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared as an operational copy, publicly uploaded, mirrored, rebranded, or offered as part of another software product or competing hosted service.
For paid digital products, the order process will show the product and price before the user submits a binding purchase. Payment and any required confirmations must be completed before delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
Digital delivery may take place by providing a download link, a download page, an email containing access information, or another electronic delivery method stated during checkout.
Where the purchaser is acting as a consumer and statutory withdrawal rights apply, the separate Withdrawal Information for Consumers explains the applicable process.
Where a consumer asks to receive paid digital content immediately before the ordinary withdrawal period has expired, codeofwhisper will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law before beginning immediate digital delivery. If the required consent or acknowledgement is not provided, delivery may be delayed where necessary to preserve the statutory withdrawal right.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Users are responsible for entering accurate information, selecting settings appropriate to their own business or situation, reviewing generated outputs, and deciding whether a calculation, quote, recommendation, or other result is suitable before using or sending it.
Where a product stores information locally in a browser, file, or device, the user is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups or exports. Browser storage, local files, devices, and third-party software may be cleared, changed, damaged, reset, or become unavailable.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, offline or locally running products do not require the user to send business or customer data to codeofwhisper merely to perform the product's ordinary calculations or local functions.
Default values, examples, presets, explanatory notes, or suggested starting settings are provided for convenience and may not reflect the user's actual costs, tax position, legal requirements, market conditions, equipment, workflow, or commercial objectives.
Digital products that perform pricing, financial, workflow, technical, or business calculations are decision-support tools. They do not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering, or other regulated advice where such advice is required.
codeofwhisper retains all rights in its digital products, free tools, software, source code, interfaces, documentation, branding, original text, and other protected materials except for rights expressly granted to the user under these Terms or an applicable product licence.
Digital products are intended to perform the functionality described on the applicable product page when used in a reasonably compatible environment. Compatibility can still be affected by browser changes, operating-system changes, local security settings, file permissions, user modifications, device conditions, or third-party software outside codeofwhisper's reasonable control.
Where a paid digital product has a defect or does not conform to applicable contractual or statutory requirements, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, codeofwhisper is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user inputs, unsuitable user-selected assumptions, failure to review outputs, loss of locally stored data where reasonable backup options were available, unsupported modifications, or use of a product outside its described purpose or technical requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any mandatory statutory liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
