Plain-language information about possible consumer withdrawal rights and early-start support.
This page works together with the Service Terms. It does not replace the booking or early-start confirmations that may be required later.
If you are acting as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period generally starts from the conclusion of the contract.
You can withdraw without giving a reason.
To withdraw, you need to send a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the contract. This can be sent by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to use it. Any clear statement is enough.
If you request support to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, codeofwhisper may begin case-specific preparation, readiness work, capacity reservation, or visible support connected to the booked support.
If you withdraw after support has begun, refund handling may take into account the proportionate value of support already provided before withdrawal, where legally applicable.
This may include preparation, readiness work, reserved capacity, visible support, delivered guidance, structured email exchanges, implementation work, or other work connected to the booked support.
If the agreed service was fully completed after valid early-start confirmation, the withdrawal right may end for that completed service where legally applicable.
