If you are acting as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period generally starts from the conclusion of the contract.
You can withdraw without giving a reason.
To withdraw, you need to send a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the contract. This can be sent by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to use it. Any clear statement is enough.
If you requested support to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ended, you may need to pay for the part of the service already provided up to the time you withdraw, where legally applicable.
If the agreed service was fully completed after valid early-start confirmation, the withdrawal right may end for that completed service where legally applicable.
